What is
coaching?
Professional coaches
provide an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce
fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Coaches
help people improve their performances and enhance the quality of
their lives.
Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and
to customize their approach to individual client needs. They seek to
elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the
client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach's job is to
provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity
that the client already has.
Benefits of Coaching
The clarity that comes
with having a focused conversation.
Being listened to by
someone who listens with your best interests in mind.
Being challenged to go
beyond where you would go yourself.
Having someone you can
explore options with.
Creating an action plan that suits your life with the support
and assistance of someone who believes in
you.
What do I as the
Coach do?
Help people set
better goals and then reach those goals.
Ask clients to do more
than they would have done on their own.
Focus clients better to
more quickly produce results.
Provide the tools, support and structure to accomplish
more.
What Happens When You Hire
a Coach?
You take yourself more seriously.
You take more effective and
focused actions immediately.
You stop putting up with what is
dragging you down.
You create momentum so it's
easier to get results.
You set better goals that you
might not have without the coach.

How Does Coaching
Work? We meet once a week over the phone for about an
hour. During that time, we work on the agenda brought
to the call by you, the client. We serve as your success
partner in working toward tangible goals, and in
keeping you on track, inspired, and accountable toward
achieving the quality of work and life you really
want! |
