Connecting your outdoor
adventures to daily life can be very
rewarding.
Remember the sense of accomplishment
you felt at the end of the climb, or the camaraderie with
your teammates as you cooked under a tarp in the pouring
rain? Has your body ever felt so healthy, or
your mind felt so awake?
These
feelings can be a central part of your daily life at
home. Teamwork on the trail transfers into
successful collaboration in the office. Granola
breakfasts and hiking can be
modified into healthy living at
home. What are some
of the best moments from your adventures? Why did they make
such an impression?
These moments show you something about
who you are, who you want to be, and the kind of daily life you want
to be leading. I will help
